Good morning HP! I have a laundry related inquiry. Since moving into Highland Park we intermittently get brown stains throughout our laundry that never happened before. This just happened to brand new towels that we purchased and it is incredibly frustrating. It isn’t sweat or crayons or anything like that. It almost looks like rust, but more brown in color. Is this a common occurrence and is there a solution? Before I approach my landlord, I wanted to determine if it was a result of minerals in the water or something of the like, rather than assuming it is the washing machine itself.
