Hi HPers, I am starting my house hunt and looking in the East End: HP, Point Breeze, Regent Square, Morningside, etc areas. Looking for 2-3+ bedroom house with garage (preferably) and a decent yard for 2 bigger dogs, I am preapproved to $225k, but would love to spend less of course;). Love the old homes: Victorian, Arts and Crafts, Tudor, etc. with charm and woodwork...fixer upper is ok!
