Neighbors - A few weeks ago I contacted Bill Peduto's office when I saw an article in the paper about re-use of Schenley, and encouraged city council to encourage the board of education to revisit its use as a school. Given what we now know (the lack of presence of asbestos) that seems even more of a possibility. At any rate, he has put me on his mailing list of some public meetings to talk about potential uses for Schenley. So please share this flyer with people whom you think might be interested. There is a meeting tonight, June 27, in Oakland. Schenley grads – maybe you or some of your friends would have input that the neighborhood would find useful, so please consider attending and/or forwarding to your friends.
