Hello, everyone! I am a college-aged person getting ready to move to Washington, D.C. for a year of service in an inner-city public school, and I am trying to gather some materials I anticipate needing. I'm a vegan, and I think it would be convenient to be able to make my own ice cream and sorbet from scratch so as to save money (I'll be living on a very modest stipend). If anyone here has a used yet functional ice cream maker they are no longer using, I would really appreciate it if they would contact me! I'd be happy to pick it up this weekend or one day next week.
