Dear Highland Park Landlords/Property Owners, My two roommates and I, all graduate students at Pitt, are looking for a 3-bedroom apartment or house in the Highland Park area. Two of us used to live in the neighborhood and we're interested in returning. We will be here for another 2 years or more while we finish our programs and would love to find a safe and clean place to call home. We are responsible and respectful tenants and we have always taken care of the properties where we've lived. We have one small, clean, and well-trained cat whose owner would, of course, be willing to pay reasonable pet fees. Ideally, we would like to find a place with a washer and dryer and some outdoor space. Our current leases expire July 31st, so we are looking for July 15th to August 1st availability.
