[Highland Park] 1 BR for summer sublet in 4BR house - East Liberty/Highland Park
It is that time of year again... We are looking for an individual to fill a summer sublet to add to my house. (One of my housemates will be gone for the summer) Feel free to pass it along to anyone you think might be a good fit! It is a whole 3rd floor space of my house and has beautiful light. Also the yard is huge and perfect for summer relaxing. If someone is interested there is even some open space for your own raised bed in the garden. Please note this won't be a good fit for anyone allergic to cats or dogs. Here is the craigslist ad - follow the link for photos - http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/sub/3037820345.html ----------------------------- I'm looking for someone to sublet my bedroom from June 3 to August 31. I live in a four-bedroom house in East Liberty/Highland Park with 2 other wonderful people. One housemate is an amazing musician (classically trained piano), and the other (the owner) works for a local nonprofit. I just graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and will be moving to Baltimore. It is a friendly but independent vibe around the house and everyone pitches in for general household tasks. The house: • Has shared living space of a dining room, • Living room, • Kitchen, • Laundry, • Two bathrooms, • Small studio space • Huge backyard with garden Available bedroom: • Basically a full 3rd floor space with painted wood floors and amazing light. This is a large and extremely flexible space. • Futon, dresser, closet (bought from Target), coffee table included I am simply looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, doesn't mind cats or dog (there are two calm cats and a 1-½ year- old mixed puppy), and relatively clean, to round out the house. Rent is $425-450 plus splitting utilities with other housemates (utilities average $75/month). Cost dependent on additional storage space. Located on Hays Ave. between Euclid and North St. Clair. Direct bus lines to downtown, CMU, University of Pitt, Oakland, Bloomfield, Stanton Heights, Friendship, Garfield, Strip District, and East Liberty bus station (the bus way). Within a mile of great dining options in Highland Park, East Liberty, and Shadyside (barbecue, Thai, Ethiopian, and Caribbean, just to name a few). Street parking is available and does not require a permit. Need someone to move in June 3. Please note that one weekend in mid-August, I will return to pack up the rest of my things.
