One question I have, and I am not at all well-versed in economics so pls forgive my ignorance, is what other, less-offensive prospects exist for that building if the store is shut down? It seems like that would result in another abandoned property which (having one adjacent to my own home) really isn't a good thing. Are there any likely buyers for a liquor-free store or other business in that location? I have stopped in there once or twice while out walking with my kids, to buy a round of grape pop and chocolate milk ;) It's near my home, and as such could be handy for us.
