On tap for Thursday, October 4, at St. Andrew's, Highland Park: First Thursday Evensong, 8 p.m., observing the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, with a choral service of Evensong sung by the Parish Choir, Peter Luley, Organist and Choirmaster, Alastair Stout, Associate Organist, Jeremy Jelinek, Vicar Choral. And a fabulous recital to open the fall season, with Laura Krentzman, viola, and Erberk Eryılmaz, piano, playing a program including works by Bela Bartok, Ahmed Adnan Saygun (arr.Krentzman/Eryilmaz), and by our pianist Erberk Eryilmaz.
