Dear Highland Parkers! We recently sold our house but the new owners never showed up for the closing :( In addition to our house, we now have a very nice 2 bedroom apartment that we desperately need to sublet. It is available immediately and goes through the end of May 2013. If you, or anyone you know is looking for an apartment we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider ours. The rent is already paid through September 1. It is a 4 unit building and the other tenants are super nice. The landlord is really nice too :) He allows you to have pets which is another bonus!
