[Highland Park] Last Reminder: Evensong at St. Andrew's
The final "First Thursday" Choral Evensong and Recital at St. Andrew's, before the summer break, will be tomorrow evening, June 2, at 8 p.m., with the Choir of St. Andrew's Church, directed by Organist and Choirmaster Peter Luley. Sentences: William Smith of Durham Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis, in E major, by Herbert Murrill Anthem: "Bring Us, O Lord," by William Harris Recital Following the Service: St. Andrew's 2004-2005 Choral Scholar, baritone Matthew Derby, sings works by Handel, Schutz, Sowerby, and Vaughan Williams. A festive reception will be offered in Brooks Hall. All are welcome. St. Andrew's is located at 5801 Hampton Street, corner of N. Euclid Avenue, between N. Highland and N.
