All, I have a problem with spiders and centipedes in my house on Heberton St. I called Orkin and they basically said that it would cost $150.00 for an initial consult and $80.00 for bi-monthly visits, bringing my total to about $600.00 per year. I think that's a bit steep. Does someone have a local exterminator recommendation? Thanks! Jay.
