Greetings and Happy Holidays! May you find peace during this season of love, light, and deep introspection as the longest night is upon us with the Winter Solstice, and the light begins to return to our lives on all levels! I am deeply grateful for you, and for the opportunity to share my joy of yoga with you over the past few months. You inspire me and I am honored to be a part of your journey! Due to tomorrow, December 24, and next Tuesday, December 31, being the eve of major holidays, there will not be morning yoga classes at the Nuin Center. I will resume class on January 7, 2014 at 8 a.m., and 9:30 a.m., with the option of having a class at 6:45 to 7:45 a.m. for those who want to begin their day early.
