Hofco Victorian Townhouse scale model. Hofco is the Rolls Royce of the Dollhouse business and this was their largest model. I thought my grand daughter would have an interest in this but it was not to be. Make a grandpa and granddaughters of all ages happy for Christmas and give this magnificent dollhouse. It is complete but needs finishing touches. It comes with all parts needed, wallpaper, glue, wood flooring, chimneys, sheets of faux bricks etc... etc... and so much more. Needs no tools as it is just gluing. It comes with its own base with storage and wheels for easy access. It is very heavy. Measures 42" tall by 34 " wide by 27" deep. Very sturdy and stable on its base.
