Good Morning Neighbors! My wife, daughter and I are new to the Neighborhood, and enjoy living here very much so far. Appreciate the friendly people and the welcoming community! Noticed the power was out a good 4 hours or so last night, and this is the second power outage in a month, Other being Super Bowl day. Just curious if this a a regular occurrence around here?
