The office staff has been responsive, though I've been fortunate that I haven't needed to put that aspect to the test. Karin Bittner is the mom and Alison King is the daughter. Their receptionist is Jasmine who is wonderful. · *Paul Gleason* at Forbes and Shady. I've taken my family to him for over 20 years. Hole in the wall shop, old school feel, affordable, etc.
