New Pittsburgh Bike Plan - Open for Comments
The City of Pittsburgh is working on plans for a new Pittsburgh Bike Plan. But before the Bike Plan can be finished, they need to hear from you! The plan includes Highland Park so I suggest you at least visit the site and see what they have in mind. You can also add comments if you have an opinion or think you have a better idea. I have created some instructions below, just in case you have trouble navigating it. To review the overall plan go here: http://pittsburghpa.gov/domi/bikeplan.html Click on the image of the map and it will take you here: http://wikimapping.com/wikimap/Pittsburgh-Bike-Plan.html#.W9B1C2hKiUk To make comments, you will have to login with your email address. You can use your curser/hand tool, which is already active when you enter the site, to move the map to Highland Park – a screen capture is also attached. To make comments, click on “Points” in the navigation and select “Comment” as shown below. [cid:image002.jpg@01D46B7F.102C62F0] You can easily add comments by clicking on the area you are interested in. When you click, you will see this pop-up screen and can add your comment. Be sure to click “Submit” when finished.
