I'm leaving my beloved starter studio to expand to a larger location, and if anyone is looking for a creative studio or a more traditional office space, I can't say enough good things about renting from Real Estate Enterprises during my year-and-a-bit there. I found them respectful, responsive, and the rent is reasonable. They are a local agency with an office nearby, so you're not paying rent to an absentee landlord. My corner studio, at $761/mo with a TON of natural light, will be available for rent August 1st, and since it's so close to Highland Park, I'm hoping somebody can love it as much as I did.
