Hi Neighbors, I've had a lot of luck with previous requests so I'm hoping for some help. We have a tree in front of our home that is on city property. The tree has a large rusty looking scar on one of the larger branches and it drips a horrible smelling liquid onto the ground (and sometimes our cars) below. We have been submitting 311 requests for over a year to have the branch cut but the division of public works claims there is nothing wrong with the tree or branch.
