Hi neighbors, We are fosters for Cross Your Paws and are currently fostering Reba, an extremely sweet senior girl. She was returned to CYP from a home that loved her very much due to her owner's medical issues. She's an awesome dog, we just don't have the space or time to keep her long term. She happily coexists with our ~30 pound 4-year-old dog, and has loved sniffing around Highland Park. Here is the link to her page (link <https://www.wagtopia.com/search/pet?id=364128&name=Reba+>) and her bio is below. If you or someone you know might be interested, you can apply at the link above, and please let me know! ~Natalie natalie.r.smith2@gmail.com Reba is a senior Red-Nose bully breed girlie, approximately 9-10 years young. She was returned to us after her family was having some serious medical-related struggles and could no longer care for her. Reba is gentle as could be! She loves other dogs her size and does great with kids. We have not had her around cats, but her previous owner reported that she is gentle with them, too. She knows sit, paw, down, and speak. She loooves a tennis ball, and to play with her toys! Reba is a little on the chunky side, so finding an owner who can provide weight management, as well as two or three short walks a day would be ideal for Reba. She will make an excellent companion to someone looking for a laid-back, non-reactive, sweet girl. Lastly, Reba is undergoing some medical issues. Cross Your Paws is committed to helping with her healthcare in the immediate future. Adopters should know that Reba will likely need daily Apoquel (approximately $100/month medication, less at Costco or Sam's, not covered by CYP long-term). Despite it all, Reba has so much love to give, and would make an excellent companion. Could you be Reba's forever family?
