Hi all, This cat tree has been used by our 3 year old son (as a jungle gym) much more than by the cat. It's quite study. It was bought with the idea of giving the cat somewhere to escape a todder but I'm not sure the cat was on it more than once. Asking $30 or best offer.  Thanks. --Brett
