I live on Grafton and have copper gutters and downspouts on most of the house. While I was out of town over Thanksgiving, 2 of the copper downspouts were stolen off the front of the house. The police officer said this was the first instance they had of downspouts being stolen. Thieves have been going after construction supplies and copper plumbing in abandoned houses. As many of you also have copper on your houses, I would encourage everyone to be alert.
