Hello Neighbors, Our 8 unit condo building needs to make a few repairs and I am looking for some recommendations for a few projects: 1. Contractor/handyman for fence and railing - We need to have some fence put up and we also need to replace a metal handrail on the back steps. I believe this will require some work with concrete. 2. Gutter cleaning - would like to set this up for an annual contract 3. Snow removal - shoveling & plow when needed Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
