Please join the The Midwife Center for its third annual "Let Them Eat Cake" event this Saturday, April 5th from 7-9pm at the Children's Museum. Tickets are still available for $40 each at www.midwifecenter.org. Tickets can also be bought at the door during the event for $50 each. The adult only event is sure to be lots of fun again, with over 40 fabulous cakes to view and taste, including birthday cakes in honor of Pittsburgh's 250th and the Children's Museum's 25th birthdays named, "Black 'N Gold," "Happy Birthday Steel City," "An Ode to Myron," and "Mr. Roger's Trolley." The cakes will be rated by a panel of expert judges and the event attendees for the "People's Choice" awards. Festivities also include wine tasting with Barefoot Cellars and music by Sugar Daddy and the Big Boned Girls. Net proceeds benefit The Midwife Center Women's Health Fund for women who are underinsured.
