My husband and I are looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment to rent in the Highland Park area beginning in July. The apartment has to allow pets. We have a miniature dachshund, 4 years old. We would like to keep our rent around 650-700 a month with heat included. I'll be pursuing my PhD and my husband will have just graduated from the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
