So, we found homes for all the kittens, but the owners decided that they didn't want Mama back. Apparently, while we were fostering her and her kittens, paying for their care and food, etc., the owners decided to get another cat. So, now we have a beautiful Mama available. She is fixed, has her shots, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. She'll need someone who's patient with her, because she's been through a lot of changes and is kind of stressed out right now. She's affectionate and sweet once she's used to you and feels secure. She hasn't seemed to mind any of our cats coming around her. She ignores them, even letting them approach her and eat food out of her bowl. She's somewhere around a year old. She's very beautiful and I wish we could keep her, but our own cats have several medical issues and we just don't have the wherewithal to take on another permanent animal.
