Hi all, I just wanted to follow up and say that I have located a cat kennel that sounds like an option for my sister's cat (I'll be going to visit later this week). Of course, home care would be a better option, but it looks like the kennel will probably be our choice. It's heart-warming to know that there are so many animal-lovers out there! Thank you for all of your suggestions. I appreciate the variety of opinions about the safety of caring for cats during pregnancy and encourage anyone who is pregnant to discuss the issue of bringing a new cat into your home during pregnancy with your health care provider.
