For those of you guys that don't know who I am my name is Michelle Williamson. I'm opening up a yoga studio in the next couple of weeks right on Bryant street called La Vida Yoga-- yay!!! It's not just another yoga studio:-) It'll have kids yoga, prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga and core yoga. I wanted to get some opinions from you guys on some donation based classes during the week in Highland Park. We can do mornings or evenings. It'll be more of a one hour power yoga class.
