Many thanks for all of you who replied - a number of the resources we had already tried, but there were a few new leads. For those of you who might have these questions in the future - the Housing Authority has some info and assigns a caseworker, but the best results come to folks who are able to do some of their own sleuthing. Of course, access to websites depends on internet access as well, which might be difficult for some folks. The websites that are out there are very rudimentary and not comprehensive, so that presents its own issues. Happy holidays, everyone - Helen
