My wife is returning to work this Monday (3/2) after maternity leave for our first child and our day care just informed us that the spot we thought we had may not be available for a couple of weeks. We're obviously scrambling for family, friends, etc., but if anyone has any advice on emergency or back-up day care, nanny services, nanny shares, or anything that might be possible we would greatly appreciate it. We'd be fine for a couple of days but if it really is two weeks and anyone has ever found themselves in a similar situation and has any recommendations we would really, really appreciate it.
