[Highland Park] Looking for a place to donate your furniture, clothing, books and toys?
Are you looking for a place where you can donate furniture, gently used clothing and toys, and books? Consider donating to Parental Stress Center (PSC). PSC is located in East Liberty and serves many families who are facing economic difficulties. We are currently looking for donations of household items for PSC's Family Empowerment Housing program - which houses formerly homeless families in which at least one member of the family has a disability. Donations will also be distributed to families served through our Family Unification Services (FUS) program. If possible, we ask that you arrange to drop off your donation to the PSC Family Center located across from AAA and Pizza Hut in Penn Circle (5877 Commerce Street, Pittsburgh PA 15206). PSC can provide you with a tax receipt for your donation. For more information, contact Diane McMahon at (412) 361-4800. We thank you for your kind consideration of this request! Life is made up of righteous moments; moments that reflect thousands of small decisions, actions, and reactions to actions, each continuously recreating who you are, the people you choose to interact with, and the culture that you choose to exist within.
