I'd also like you all to know that I have carried many different computers into the genius bar over the years and have always gotten patient, expert help from the specialists there. True, I'm often sitting there longer than I wish to be there, but it is always worth it. I've never been pressured to buy a new computer, even when the machine I'm working with is old and cranky.
