Hello neighbors! Our family is going to be away this summer for a month long trip. We are looking to rent out our house in Morningside for the time we are away. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. Recently renovated kitchen with open floor plan, exposed brick, walk out back deck which is great for grilling and easy access to all the east end amenities. The house will be available from July 9-August 6. Please email with interest. Price for renting is negotiable.
