Hello: I was walking on Elgin & noticed a boxer or pitt bull wearing a pink collar with ID tags. She was roaming the sidewalk and street without an owner. I had children with me at the time & could not catch her. She was headed east on Elgin at 11:30 when I last saw her. Bridget Sent from my iPhone
