I am a long time Highland Park resident looking for an apartment to rent and would like to stay in the area. Immediate occupancy desired. Prefer a first floor 1 + bedroom apartment or 1/2 duplex and between 750 - 900/ month but the rent can be negotiable. I have an older, medium size dog.
