I'm sure most of you using the HP dog park have noticed how muddy it is. Does anyone know if the City will reseed the grass or will it continue to be a mud hole? Suggestion: take your dog to parts where there is still grass. Maybe in spring it will be re-seeded. Sent from my iPhone
