Sorry, NNO was last week--not this week! Anyway, I hope that folks across the neighborhood were able to have block parties and meet their neighbors. If anyone would like to help coordinate National Night Out next year, I suggest that you become involved with the Highland Park Community Club. The next meeting of the HPCC is next Thursday at 7:30 pm at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church on Hampton St. Everyone in the neighborhood is welcome to join the HPCC and participate in HPCC activities. The more people we have volunteering their time in the HPCC, the more quality events and representation we will have in the neighborhood. We're looking to fill several leadership positions. If you're interested, see us Saturday at the Community Festival on Bryant Street or come to the HPCC meeting next Thursday. Rudy
