Dear Highland Park Yogis and Yoginis: The regular Tuesday morning class will meet --just this week--on Wednesday, November 9, to accomodate election day (remember to VOTE!!). She has studied Iyengar with Nancy Crum Stechart, Bikram with Kasper van den Wijngaard and Sherie Dyer, Raja with Joanne Vandenhengel, and Hatha yoga with Linda Meacci. Her own practice is heart-centered Hatha yoga that rejects rigid postures and fits each asana, or pose, to each unique body.
