[Highland Park] Cat needs home
Hi, A friend of mine in Point Breeze needs to find a home for her cat for reasons she will explain. I know there are many cat lovers in HP and thought it would be of interest. Pictures were too space-eating for inclusion in our HP list, but you can email her for pix (address below). Here's her information. -- Pat Butterfield ************************************************* Lovely Tabby Cat with "Trust Fund" Looking for Quiet Loving Home After numerous "colds" and an air-passageway near shut-down, my partner Russ made a trip to the allergist and discovered that he has developed a very serious allergy to cat dander that makes it necessary for me to find an adoptive home for Cassie, my female cat. Cassie is a quiet, sweet-tempered and affectionate tabby with green-gold eyes. An in-door cat since she was born, she has literally never been sick a day in her life. She spent her first few years with another cat so is socialized to cats but hasn't had experience with dogs. She likes both men and women. Since I don't have kids, I'm not sure how she would be with children but she is used to a pretty quiet house. She isn't declawed (I trim her nails regularly). Since she is an older cat (13), I will pay for her food and any vet expenses for the rest of her life. Her vet is Barbara Smith who makes "house calls," though another vet would be fine too. If you are interested in exploring an "adoption," please feel free to email or call me (jeri.spann@gmail.com or 412-363-5677), and I will be happy to talk this over with you and arrange a meeting with Cassie. -Jeri Spann
