Notice whether your email address or signature lines contain identifying information (i.e. your last name, any part of your home or work address, phone numbers, etc.). ANYONE can register to receive this email listserv. You are sending this information out to the public at large. It is very easy to perform a reverse search on a name, address, or phone number. A work address or company name leaves you open to being Googled at work, where your employee Bio can reveal information that can allow a good web surfer to uncover your home address.
