Well, neighbors, perhaps it was inevitable. Certainly the law of averages was working against me - after nearly 10 years of living in the 'hood, I find myself posting on the list that my car was ransacked on Saturday night. 900 block of Farragut, while the car was in my driveway, sometime between about 11pm and 3am - while I was zoned out on cold meds (and because of them, forgot to arm the alarm on the car). Yes, they got some stuff; yes, I filed a police report. Ugh. And to think - I'm absolutely religious about locking my car. The one time..... No room for slippage, folks - or the haze brought on my cold meds, either. Helen
