Hi Neighbors, I am in need of recommendations for a house cleaner for an elderly friend of mine who lives in Morning side. If you know of anyone reliable and trust worthy looking for an extra house to clean about every other week, please let me know. Also, wondering if any of you home remodelers have any suggestions for the best way to strip a hundred years of paint off old wood (trim, banister and spindles) We looked into strip and dip, and it was very costly.
