Our family is looking for a great part-time nanny for 2 children living in Highland Park. We need to find help for all work week, M-F, but willing to find two different people for 2-3 days per week per person. So if you are energetic, love to play games, and good with precocious boys, please consider applying for any combination of days you might be available. This would be an ideal job for a college student with two or three afternoons (2:45-5:45) per week free. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. You'll be responsible for pickups and drop-offs for one of the boys. Responsibilities could include light meal prep, if you are comfortable doing so. You should be willing to help with homework and be encouraging of outdoor, non-screen-related activities. If you like building with Legos, you'll be a hit. Fort building also encouraged. There may be days that the boys have to get to lessons or soccer practices, so we would prefer someone who is willing to drive boys around (in own car or in ours). Ability to cover the odd no-school day also a plus. Knowledge of French a bonus. Pay negotiable - $10-15/hour (based on experience, special skills, and level of involvement in household activities).
