The Historic Review Commission holds its annual Preservation Awards ceremony at noon today. There are two projects in Highland Park receiving awards: Excerpts from P-G article <http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06114/684120-51.stm>:
City of Pittsburgh, for a new fountain and other entrance features at Highland Park. Landscape architect: Patricia O'Donnell, Heritage Landscapes.
The Union Project, for interior renovation of a historic church at 801 Negley Ave. into a gathering place that borders East Liberty and Highland Park. Architect: Michael Eversmeyer, Eversmeyer Design Associates.
