Dear Neighbors, First of all, we hope you and yours are safe and well !!! There have been a couple of drives to get supplies to NRP (used to be FOCUS) during the last two months, but we did not wish to take away from the efforts directly helping those within our own neighborhood, so have handled setting up meals, etc, there. They have had limited access to the public coming in one by one, so the needs have been a little less, but with Quarantine opening up, they are again expanding their availability to those in need. We are again letting our neighborhood know that we will be driving the neighborhood picking up for the monthly NRP Collection this coming Thursday, 12 NOV 2020. We will be around the neighborhood at 9:00 AM that morning, so we are looking for non-perishable food to restock their pantry & Clothing. THIS IS A DIFFERENT DRIVE THEN THE ANGEL TAGS/CHRISTMAS PRESENT COLLECTION E-MAIL FROM A COUPLE OF DAY AGO !!! If you have questions on that, please again contact me regarding that directly !!! Please note the attachment with their Mission Statement and Impact Programs. Please donate, as these are all needed and we are running our monthly pick-up from the neighborhood for Supplies for FOCUS, now Neighborhood Resilience Project !!! Mike and Brigette Nadler, are coordinating the Highland Park pick up. If you are inclined to help, leave the supplies on your front porch, then we will pick up and get your donations to FOCUS, now Neighborhood Resilience Project (NRP). So we are doing this again this coming Thursday, 12 NOV 2020. We will be around starting at 9:00 AM, and need to get the donations there by noon. Please DO NOT drop off here, as we do not have a way of storing donations.
