PWSA Senior Center Visits. Councilman Dowd and the Customer Service Director of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority will be visiting senior centers in District 7 to answer questions about changes to your PWSA bill and the new water and sewer line insurance opt-out program. They'll be in Morningside on March 11 at 11:00 am and Lawrenceville at 11:30 am on March 12. Free Tax Prep for Seniors/Low Income Filers.
