Hi Neighbors, We have two unique roofs which need to be replaced this summer. If anyone has recommendations for roofers who have completed these types of jobs, please send me their info! I will post the responses. Here are our situations: 1. Flat roof. We have a flat roof which is adjacent to a wood framed and sided parapet wall. We need a new torch- down ( modified bitumen) roof installed. I've been told that this is a potentially dangerous install due to the fire hazard, so we are looking for a roofer who has experience in precisely this situation. 2. Metal porch roof. We need a copper roof and concealed gutter system installed on a front porch. The roof includes curved sections. We only need the metal work done, not the carpentry. Thanks!
