Hello! We have a retaining wall in our backyard that's leaning considerably. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone trustworthy & reliable to take a look at it? Also, this wall separates our yard from the backyards of the houses behind us (which are higher than ours) Does anyone know where liability for this falls, I'm concerned about the neighbors yards being dug up by this, as I'm sure no matter the solution they will be affected. thanks! -- www.jodeeferrari.net
