Does anyone else experience a lot of variation in their water flavor? I've lived in Pittsburgh for 10 years, but only in the past year in Highland park have I noticed a heavy chlorine flavor some days and none on others. Does this have to do with ongoing (never ending) repair work by PWSA on the reservoirs? Thanks! David
