Hello neighbors, Just wanted to communicate this incident to all to be aware. We had an incident with someone following us after we left the Staples this evening. A car pulled into the parking space behind us as we were leaving and continued to follow us through the parking lot. I initially turned into the left exit lane to turn left onto Penn Ave. but became suspicious of this vehicle and moved over to the right hand lane as did this vehicle after initially following us in the left lane. Upon turning right onto Penn I immediately turned right into Trader Joes lot to see if the car was in fact following us. The car did follow us into Trader Joes. I turned right at McDonalds and turned right again back into the main lane for the complex with the car following us still. I then waited at the light to turn right back on Penn but waited till there was enough traffic coming so the car could not pullout directly behind us. This worked and we proceeded home with no one on our tail. I called 911 when we got home and station 5 a couple hours later to ask them to monitor the lot. All I can do is speculate what this was about but I just wanted to make others aware. Take care.
