Come practice your trick-or-treating at the HPCC Halloween Parade! This family favorite returns this year on Saturday Oct 29 at 10:30 am. Bring your costumed cuties to the fountain at the park entrance - - there will be a costume parade, Halloween goodies to collect, and fall crafts.
